We need to understand your business before we can do anything useful for it. We ask a lot of questions about what you do, who you're trying to reach, what's working and what isn't. By the end of this phase we both know exactly what the project is and what it needs to achieve.

2. Design & Creation
Build phase
Where the work happens

You see the work at key stages, not just at the end. We keep it to one or two review meetings where you tell us what's working and what isn't, and we make the necessary adjustments. Every decision gets explained so you know what you're looking at and why.

3. Launch & Ongoing Support
Beyond launch
After we go live

We test everything before it goes live and stay available after launch so any issues get caught and fixed quickly. Every project includes two months of free support after launch. After that, clients who want continued support can move onto a monthly retainer covering maintenance, updates, and ongoing work.
